What contractors ask before they bid
How much does Contrax cost?
Contrax has three monthly tiers: Starter is $49 per month, Growth is $99 per month, and Scale is $199 per month. Each plan includes a 7-day free trial. See the full pricing comparison.
How does Contrax handle set-aside eligibility?
Contrax compares a solicitation's set-aside requirement with the signals in your contractor profile, including 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB, SDVOSB, and small-business status. It helps surface likely-fit opportunities, but it does not replace official eligibility verification or certifications.
How does Contrax match NAICS codes?
Contrax compares the solicitation's primary NAICS code with the NAICS codes in your contractor profile, then considers related capability keywords to show where the work aligns with what your business does.
What goes into the Contrax fit score?
The fit score brings together NAICS alignment, set-aside eligibility, capability overlap, overall match, and the top gaps between the solicitation and your profile. It is a bid/no-bid decision aid, not a promise that you will win.
How often can Contrax alert me about matching RFPs?
You can enable matching-RFP digest emails and choose Daily or Weekly delivery in your alert preferences. Turning the digest off stops those emails while your matching preferences remain available in the app.
